Year 5 Concert

Well done to the children from Year 5 who performed on Wednesday 29th March with the Lowton, Golborne and Newton Community Choir.  The songs performed by our children were fantastic and it was amazing experience for the children to listen to, and perform with the choir. Thanks to Mrs Newton for preparing the children with the support of Alan Litton and Muriel Fowler from the LGN choir.

Everyone who attended the concert were so impressed!

Park and Stride

Thanks to everyone who has supported our two "park and stride" days so far.

We are encouraging parents to use alternative parking within the village with the support of the Local Authority Travel Advisors and the Cllr Cathy Mitchell.  The aim of this focus is to encourage safer parking, reduce congestion directly outside school and most improtant keep our children safer when arriving at and leaving school.

Croda STEM science

Thanks to the representatived from CRODA STEM who came to school on Wednesday 22nd March to lead some very exciting science investigations across Key Stage 2:

Year 4: Safe in the Sun
