Hello and welcome to Year 4's class page; home to a variety of key information, helpful reminders and photographs of our fantastic learning journey. Look out for regular updates throughout the year, showing our adventures in Year 4.

Please Note:

PE

Please ensure your child wears their PE kit every Monday for PE. 

Plain white t-shirt (with school crest optional), plain black shorts, trainers for outdoor PE and plain black joggers/tracksuit for outdoor PE.

Swimming Kits (swim cap, swim suit, towel and googles) required for swimming every Thursday. Please note that earrings cannot be worn for swimming and to ensure the children get as much swim time as possible, we ask that children wear theri swim suits under uniforms on the day.

Reading books

Your child needs to bring their reading book and reading diary into school each day. Reading books will be changed every Wednesday.

Please read with your child and sign their diary at least 3 times a week.

Homework

Will be sent out on a Friday and due back the following Thursday.

Spellings

Children need to be practising spellings via Spelling Shed at home. Please see the documents above with statutory spellings children in Year 4 need to know.

Maths

Children need to be practising timestable via Timestable Rockstars at home. It is important that Year 4 children know all of their timestables up to 12 x.
